Most pieces are offered in six sizes (XS–XXL) and eight lengths (48–62 inches). Some styles come in length only — if you see a single row of numbers, those are lengths in inches.

Choose your length by height — measured from shoulder to hem:

• Under 4'10" — length 48
• 4'10"–5'0" — length 50
• 5'0"–5'2" — length 52
• 5'2"–5'4" — length 54
• 5'4"–5'6" — length 56
• 5'6"–5'8" — length 58
• 5'8"–5'10" — length 60
• Over 5'10" — length 62

Choose your size by bust (inches): XS 33–35, S 35–38, M 38–41, L 41–44, XL 44–47, XXL 47–50.

Prefer your abaya to sit slightly above the ankle? Choose one length shorter. Wearing heels? Choose one longer. Between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a flowing fit.

Payment: all orders are paid securely by card at checkout via AmwalPay.

Order processing: 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships.

Delivery times (from dispatch):

• Within Oman — 4–7 business days
• GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar) — 3–7 business days
• International — 7–14 business days

Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Eid and Ramadan.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination. For deliveries outside Oman, any import duties or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Need a different size? We're happy to exchange, subject to availability. Email marketing@lasofiaclothing.com or WhatsApp +968 9390 0040 and we'll guide you through it. If your size is unavailable, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. For reasons of hygiene we can't accept items that have been worn, washed, scented or altered. Made-to-order and Final Sale pieces are not returnable.

How it works: message us with your order number and reason, we'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions, then send the item back via a trackable courier such as Aramex or Oman Post.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Arrived damaged or incorrect? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Every LASOFIA piece is made to be worn often and kept for years. A little care goes a long way.

Linen — machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash. Dry in shade, away from direct sun. Iron on medium while slightly damp. Linen softens beautifully with every wash.

Silk — dry clean recommended. If hand washing, use cool water and a mild detergent, never wring, and dry flat in shade. Iron on the lowest setting, on the reverse side.

Crepe (Nada, Barbie and premium crepe) — hand wash cold or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Hang to dry in shade. Cool iron on the reverse if needed.

Chiffon, lace and embellished pieces — dry clean or gentle hand wash only. Never twist or wring. Dry flat in shade and iron on the lowest setting with a cloth between the iron and the fabric.

For all pieces: wash dark and printed items separately for the first few washes, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and apply perfume or oils before dressing so they don't mark the fabric. Store on a padded hanger away from direct sunlight.
