Welcome to La Sofia. By accessing or purchasing from lasofiaclothing.com, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise shown. Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate conversions; checkout is charged in OMR.
• We make every effort to display products and colours accurately; actual colours may vary slightly by screen.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or fraud is suspected. A contract of sale is formed only once your order is confirmed and dispatched.

Payment
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is successfully received. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the La Sofia name, logo, designs, prints, images, and text — is owned by La Sofia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission. Our exclusive prints are designed for La Sofia alone.

Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Relationship with Shopify
La Sofia is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with La Sofia. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and La Sofia, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with La Sofia.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, La Sofia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Omani consumer protection law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Omani courts.
