Shipping Policy

At La Sofia, every piece is prepared with care before it reaches you. Here's what to expect once your order is placed.

Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking where available.

Delivery timeframes

Within Oman: 4–7 business days
GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar): 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary during peak periods such as Eid and Ramadan.

Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be shown in your cart.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders) For deliveries outside Oman, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in your order total and are not collected by La Sofia.

Incorrect addresses Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur an additional charge.
