Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel at ease in every La Sofia piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return window You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition for returns To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned in their original packaging

For reasons of hygiene and the personal nature of modest wear, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, scented, or altered.

Non-returnable items

  • Made-to-order, customised, or altered pieces
  • Items marked Final Sale or purchased during clearance
  • Items returned outside the return window or without tags

Exchanges Need a different size? We're happy to exchange, subject to availability. Contact us first at marketing@lasofiaclothing.com and we'll guide you through it. If your size is unavailable, we'll offer a refund or store credit.

How to start a return

  1. Email marketing@lasofiaclothing.com (or message +968 9390 0040) with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Send the item back via a trackable courier (e.g. Aramex or Oman Post) in its original condition.

Return shipping costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend a trackable method — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
